The BI Express monthly subscription includes 1 Tableau Creator licence and 1 Tableau Viewer licence. The Creator is for the person who manages and edits the dashboard, while the Viewer can access and interact with it in read-only mode. If additional team members need to view the dashboard, extra Viewer licences can be added at Tableau's standard rate of $15 per user per month, billed annually.
