Stellantis Middle East deliverySAP reporting automation case study
For operations, finance, sales, customer experience, and regional leadership, the problem appears when disconnected data must become one reliable view of performance.
Teams collect exports from CRM, ERP, finance, operational systems, and spreadsheets. Analysts are still reconciling the pack when leaders need an answer.
Discuss this problem →Departments, business units, or countries define the same KPI differently. Reviews become a debate about the figure instead of the action.
Discuss this problem →Sales, service, finance, customer, and operational data live in different places. Leaders cannot compare performance or identify where action is needed.
Discuss this problem →For Stellantis Middle East, we built a client-specific system that brings dealer data together through built-in ETL, gives business users custom tools, and integrates Tableau reporting. The documented delivery covers 50+ dashboards, seven business domains, and six GCC countries, with more than five years in live production. These figures describe the delivery scope and operating history; each new engagement is scoped around its own systems and decisions.
Operational data from different locations and systems.
Ingestion, validation, and transformation into a shared model.
Role-based tools designed around how teams operate.
Dashboards for regional leaders and dealer teams.

For a major automotive manufacturer, we connected scheduled SAP reports, Microsoft Power Automate, SFTP, and automated ETL to a centralized business intelligence environment. Daily dashboard refreshes give authorized teams a shared view of orders, warehouse activity, and outstanding demand. The client is anonymized.
Power Automate retrieves emailed report attachments, renames and transfers files to SFTP, and prepares them for ETL processing. Normal daily processing runs automatically, replacing repeated downloading, renaming, uploading, and consolidation.
Dashboard views cover order intake, warehouse pick and pack, pre-invoiced orders, invoiced orders awaiting shipment, backorder aging, and future orders. Business users explore the information through interactive filters.
We start with the decision your team cannot make confidently, then trace the figures through their source systems. KPI definitions, data preparation, Tableau views, access, and adoption are designed together so the result holds up in daily use.
We understand the realities of regional enterprises: multi-country reporting, dealer and branch networks, mixed source systems, executive reporting pressure, and teams that need answers quickly without adding reporting overhead.
Data pipelines, modelling, Tableau development, cloud deployment, embedded analytics, permissions, training, and ongoing support are handled together, so the result is coherent and easier to own after launch.
We go beyond dashboard design into Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, licensing, performance, governance, APIs, embedded analytics, and managed administration for organisations that need Tableau to become part of daily operations.
For Stellantis Middle East, we built a client-specific system with business tools, built-in ETL, role-based access, and integrated Tableau dashboards. The work demonstrates how we design around complex operations.
Bring one report that takes too long or produces disputed figures. We will discuss the decision it delays and the systems behind it, then agree on the right investigation and project scope before proposing commercial terms.
Identify the decisions your teams need to make, the KPIs they trust, and the reporting gaps slowing them down.
Review source systems, integration complexity, access requirements, Tableau environment, and rollout priorities. Agree a phased proposal.
Deliver the data pipelines and dashboards, validate the numbers with users, train the team, and support the environment after launch.
Whether you need one management dashboard or reporting across multiple teams, the proposal should make the deliverables, dependencies, and support responsibilities clear.
Scope can include source-system integration, data preparation and modelling, KPI definitions, dashboards, access controls, documentation, and user training. We agree which outputs belong in your project before implementation.
We review ERP, CRM, finance, operational reports, and spreadsheets to establish how data can be accessed and refreshed. Our SAP reporting case study demonstrates a scheduled file workflow; each integration depends on the source system and available access.
Tool selection depends on users, licensing, security, and reporting requirements. Our Tableau consulting services cover Server and Cloud deployment, dashboard development, embedded analytics, and administration.
The number and complexity of data sources, data quality, dashboard requirements, permissions, deployment environment, and support scope affect the proposal. Software licensing and infrastructure requirements are considered during scoping.
Source-system access, data readiness, KPI agreement, integration work, and stakeholder validation shape the schedule. We agree delivery phases after reviewing these dependencies, rather than promising a fixed timeline before discovery.
Training and documented KPI definitions help teams use and trust the reports. Ongoing support can cover refresh monitoring, Tableau administration, permissions, performance, and further dashboard development, with responsibilities agreed in the engagement.

A structured five-phase approach that turns disconnected sources into a reliable BI environment, with governance, stakeholder ownership, and user adoption built in from the beginning.
Audit existing data sources, quality, tools, and reporting gaps. Define the BI vision aligned to business goals.
Architect the data model, warehouse structure, KPI framework, and dashboard blueprints for each stakeholder group.
Build data pipelines, integrate source systems, configure BI tools, and develop dashboards in agile sprints.
Train end users and analysts, document data definitions, and establish a data governance framework your team owns.
Monitor usage, refine dashboards based on feedback, expand to new domains, and layer in predictive models over time.
Our data analytics services connect CRM, ERP, finance, operational systems, and spreadsheets into a consistent view of performance. We prepare and model the data, analyse trends and exceptions, and build dashboards for sales, service, finance, and regional operations. Business intelligence makes those insights repeatable through governed KPIs, automated reporting, and access controls.
Define a clear BI strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring every dashboard drives real decisions, not just data.
Explore performance trends, compare locations, and investigate exceptions through interactive views built around your business questions and agreed KPI definitions.
Assess, recommend, and implement Tableau, Looker, or custom analytics solutions with rapid user adoption built in.

ASASConnect is a custom system we built for Stellantis Middle East to connect dealer operations and reporting across six GCC countries.
The solution combines custom tools for business users, built-in ETL, a unified data model, role-based access, and 50+ Tableau dashboards integrated into operational workflows across seven business domains.
The system was designed around the needs of a regional organisation managing data and workflows across a dealer network, rather than selling a fixed BI platform.
Read the Case StudyThe clearest fit is an international company with a regional office, a network of dealers or distributors, and reporting obligations to headquarters. The same approach can support other multi-location operations with disconnected data.
You need a consistent view of performance across countries and dealers before you can explain the region to global HQ.
Service, parts, and dealer activity sit in different systems. You need comparable measures to see where support is needed.
You need to reconcile local and HQ definitions, reduce manual consolidation, and make the numbers defensible each reporting cycle.
When comparing data analytics companies in Dubai, ask each team to explain how it will connect your systems, validate the numbers, and support the people making decisions. Use these four questions to make proposals easier to compare.
Agree on the users, reporting questions, KPIs, and first deliverable. A useful scope explains how you will assess data quality and judge the result before expanding to more dashboards or departments.
Ask about source access, refresh schedules, reconciliation, and failed data loads. Our SAP supply chain analytics case study shows report collection, automated ETL, and daily operational dashboards in one data journey.
Look for documented KPI definitions, named business owners, role-based access, and a plan for training and handover. Confirm who will maintain pipelines and reporting as your systems and requirements change.
